Echelon focuses on plan design and customization, while continuing to adhere to energy efficient and low maintenance building practices.
As the CEO of Echelon Homes, Jeff Robertson brings over 20 years of experience in new residential construction to the company. Jeff is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and soon after graduating began his building career as the owner of a local custom home building company. He has been involved in all aspects of new home construction from building, selling, plan design, marketing and financing. He has established a reputation for understanding his client’s wants and needs and bringing their home dreams to a reality. He starts by listening to the clients, helping them select a lot and designing the custom home that meets their visions while allowing them to stay within their desired budget. As one of the first local builders to adhere to the Earthcraft and Energy Star building standards, Jeff is well educated in building practices that deliver the most energy efficient homes to their customers. Jeff's wealth of experience allows him to comfortably manage homeowners through the entire process from contract to closing and everything in between. Away from work, Jeff most enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. When time allows, a round of golf or a Virginia Tech football or basketball game also rank high on his favorite things to do.
